Emergency Festival

The 2025 edition of the Emergency Festival, the fifth, was held in Reggio Emilia from September 5 to 7 around the theme 'The Voice': telling the present, giving space to those who have none, and imagining the future together. The festival animated the squares and courtyards of the center—Piazza Prampolini, Piazza San Prospero, Piazza dei Martiri, the Cloisters, and the cultural palaces—with dialogues, field testimonies, theatrical and musical shows, concerts, DJ sets, film screenings, and creative workshops.

Among the announced guests were Gianrico Carofiglio, Sabina Guzzanti, Alessandro Bergonzoni, Tomaso Montanari, Stefano Nazzi, Paola Caridi, Lucia Goracci, and Marianna Aprile. The event, promoted by EMERGENCY with the Municipality of Reggio Emilia and the patronage of the Emilia-Romagna Region, confirmed its free and all-ages formula.
