Edition 2025 — Elva Market Day

During the summer of 2025, the Pro Loco "La Deseno" once again enlivened Elva with its days dedicated to crafts, conviviality, and Occitan traditions. Markets, lunches in the square, live music, and popular games like tug-of-war marked the summer season of the small village perched in the Maira Valley, in the province of Cuneo, among the peaks of the Piedmontese Alps.

The summer of 2025 in Elva confirmed the vitality of a small village that, thanks to the commitment of the Pro Loco "La Deseno", continues to keep its traditions alive. The summer days offered craft markets, community lunches in the square, folk songs, music, and typical village games, in an authentic atmosphere at over 1,600 metres in the Maira Valley. An event loved by residents, holidaymakers, and hikers, the ideal complement to a visit to the Parish Church of Santa Maria Assunta and its frescoes by Hans Clemer.
