Edition 2025 — Elogio della Bionda
The 2025 edition of the Elogio della Bionda was held in Villanova d'Asti from October 3 to 5, 2025, hosting the 66th Piedmontese Blonde Chicken Exhibition.
The program alternated between taste and culture: Friday featured a choral concert in the church of San Pietro; Saturday included the Pro Loco gastronomic dinner, the third edition of the "Bionda Fashion Street" parade, and an art exhibition by Elisa Aiassa; Sunday was the main day with breeder displays, the local produce market, the vintage tractor exhibition by the G.A.T.E. Association, and presentations by nutritionists Caterina and Giorgio Calabrese alongside Dr. Marta Gariglio.
The Pro Loco lunch at the Palabionda, featuring blonde hen-based dishes, confirmed the success of the event, a symbol of the rural identity of the Asti Pianalto.
