Elba Island Marathon

The ninth edition of the Elba Island Marathon, held on Sunday, May 11, 2025, in Marina di Campo, set a new participation record with over 1,400 registered participants and more than 250 athletes from foreign nations, including other continents. The 42 km marathon, the half-marathon, and the 10 km race followed the usual scenic route along the Costa del Sole, starting from Lungomare Mibelli and finishing in Piazza del Comune.

Among the men, the victory in the marathon went to the Frenchman Julien Gueydon, while Ilaria Bergaglio triumphed among the women. The event, organized by ASD Elba Runners, confirmed its international appeal and strong bond with the territory of Campo nell'Elba.
