Edition 2025 — El Sabat d'le Erbe

In the 2025 edition, El Sabat d'le Erbe returned with its traditional format: a series of spring Saturdays dedicated to guided walks to discover the wild herbs of Valchiusella. Organized by the Club Amici Valchiusella, the event offered excursions along the valley's trails, in-depth sessions on medicinal herbs, and tastings of typical local products between Traversella and nearby villages.

The 2025 edition of El Sabat d'le Erbe brought back the historical format of the festival: the classic spring Saturdays dedicated to guided walks to rediscover wild herbs, along the scenic trails and terraces of Valchiusella.

Under the guidance of the Club Amici Valchiusella, participants were able to discover the valley's medicinal herbs, learn about rural wisdom, and taste the typical flavors of the area. An event that, year after year, confirms the deep bond between the alpine community of Traversella and its own natural heritage.
