Edition 2025 — El Purcit in Ostarie
The 23rd edition of El Purcit in Ostarie took place in Martignacco between late January and early February 2025, offering the flavors of Friulian charcuterie, charcuterie art demonstrations, live music, and the traditional solidarity dinner.
In 2025, El Purcit in Ostarie brought back the atmosphere of the osteria of yesteryear to the rustic rectory of Martignacco. Over two weekends, visitors enjoyed the flavors of Friulian charcuterie and witnessed charcuterie art demonstrations, while live music and the solidarity dinner on the feast day of San Biagio confirmed the convivial and charitable spirit of the event.
