In 2025, El di' de la festa celebrated Carnaroli rice in Paullo with the spectacular Grande Risottata at Parco Muzza, a cooking show, food trucks, and rice-based specialties. A patronal feast that combines taste, agricultural tradition, and community in the Milan area.
The 2025 edition of El di' de la festa once again celebrated Carnaroli rice in Paullo with the Grande Risottata cooked in the giant pot at Parco Muzza. Featuring cooking shows, traditional recipes like El Risot de Paü, food trucks, rice beer and ice cream, and evening concerts, the festival reaffirmed the deep connection between Paullo and its rice, first selected here in 1945. A well-attended community celebration in the heart of the Riso e Rane Rural District.
