Edition 2025 — El bon de l'Ansuda
In 2025, El bon de l'Ansuda celebrated the spring of the Val del Biois in Falcade, with excursions among wild herbs, geological trails, mountain cooking classes, and workshops. Activities for children and the festive atmosphere attracted families and nature lovers to the Belluno Dolomites, in an event curated by the Val Biois Association.
The 2025 edition of El bon de l'Ansuda confirmed the formula that combines nature, Ladin tradition, and education in Falcade, in the province of Belluno. Between geological trails, tours to discover local flora, cooking classes with wild herbs, and artisan workshops, the spring festival of the Val del Biois offered families and visitors a slow and authentic way to experience the mountains, respecting the fragile environment of the UNESCO Dolomites.
