Edition 2025 — Ecofor Fiabe
Ecofor Fiabe 2025: the first edition
The first edition of Ecofor Fiabe was held from February 10 to 15, 2025, involving the municipalities of Pontedera, Ponsacco, Calcinaia, and Casciana Terme Lari, in the province of Pisa. Promoted by Ecofor Service Spa under the artistic direction of writer and playwright Francesco Niccolini, the festival dedicated its programme to nature, trees, and environmental sustainability.
The opening day kicked off at the Teatro Verdi in Casciana Terme with the children's show Storia d'amore e alberi by and with Simona Gambaro, followed by a theatre-art workshop. Between shows, conversations, themed workshops, and ecological snacks, over 2,500 people—including children, teenagers, and adults—registered for the events, all of which were free of charge. The festival concluded with a highly anticipated eco-talk at the Odeon in Ponsacco with French writer Daniel Pennac.
