In 2025, Easter Monday at the Civic Centre once again brought the community of Collebeato together for the Monday of the Angel, around the Bresciàna-style spit roast competition and traditional dishes, in a convivial festival organized by the Pro Loco with the Alpini Group.

The 2025 edition of Easter Monday at the Civic Centre took place on April 21, the Monday of the Angel, at the Civic Centre of Collebeato. The festival featured the traditional Bresciàna-style spit roast competition and a menu dedicated to the flavours of the region, to be enjoyed together or taken away. Organized by the Pro Loco Collebeato with the Alpini Group, the event combined the conviviality of the table with solidarity, confirming itself as a beloved event for the community to celebrate Easter Monday in the spirit of Brescian traditions.
