E-State in Cultura

The 2025 edition of E-State in Cultura, the second of the festival, offered a long summer program in Veglie from July 13 to September 6. Among the most attended events: the charity concert "Concerto in viola" and the theatrical performances "L'Ultima Carrozza", "Falcone e Borsellino", and "La cena dei cretini" at the Cloister of the Friars Minor; the tribute to Fabrizio De André; outdoor cinema evenings in the Marconi school courtyard; the Children's White Night in the historic center; and the Night of Pizzica and Southern Traditions in Piazza Umberto I.

The unmissable food and wine and music festival Gustiamo Via Italia Nuova (August 19-20) was one of the most beloved by the locals. The festival, promoted by the Municipality of Veglie with the Pro Loco and local associations, confirmed the multidisciplinary formula that characterizes the summer of the Salento town.
