The festival that opens the Carate summer

As the evenings get longer and the heat begins to set in, the Pro Loco of Carate Brianza, in the province of Monza and Brianza, kicks off E...state a Carate: three days of celebration that symbolically mark the beginning of summer for the entire community. It's a popular event in the truest sense of the word, designed for gathering outdoors amidst music, dancing, good food, and plenty of conversation.

Music, dancing, and the Carate in Canto competition

The pulsating heart of the event is the dance nights, enlivened by orchestras and DJ sets that go on late into the evening. There's also space for country dancing, always very popular with enthusiasts, and especially for the Carate in Canto singing competition, the real attraction of the festival. Born in 2016 as "Carà...Oké", the contest has grown to become a beloved competition throughout Brianza, bringing amateur singers to the stage ready to compete in front of the audience and the jury.

Conviviality at the table

As with any self-respecting festival, E...state a Carate also revolves around good food: the bar and kitchen service is available for aperitifs, dinners, and convivial moments, with traditional dishes and an informal atmosphere. It's an opportunity to bring different generations together and showcase local associations.

An event by the Pro Loco

Organized by the Pro Loco Carate Brianza, the initiative is part of the calendar of events that animate the town in the Brianza region of Monza throughout the year, often hosted in the historic grounds of Villa Cusani Confalonieri.
