The 2025 edition of the Wild Boar Festival
The 2025 edition followed the classic two-part formula: a first period from May 30 to July 20 and a second from August 22 to November 2, with openings on weekends. The hours were the usual ones: Friday and Saturday from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday also for lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
The October weekends (October 3-5, 10-12, 17-19, 24-26, and October 31-November 2) closed the season during the most popular period, when the festival's kitchen is at its best with stews and bean dishes. The menu featured pappardelle and ravioli with wild boar ragù, strozzapreti, grilled meats, mixed wild boar, porchetta, and sandwiches, with Falanghina and Aglianico del Sannio served by the glass and free entry to the Via Fossi area in the town of Dugenta.
