Dragononesa 2025: the 18th edition

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, Lake Santa Giustina hosted the 18th edition of Dragononesa at Plaze di Dermulo, in the municipality of Predaia (Val di Non, Trentino). For the second consecutive year, the festival featured the Dragononesa Water Sunday format, dedicated to celebrating the water and the lake.

The heart of the day was the dragon boat race, valid for the Trentino Championship, with twelve crews starting at 2:00 PM on a 6-kilometer course—the longest in the circuit—from Plaze towards the Revò buoy, down to the foot of Castel Cles, and back. The festivities began in the late morning with the opening of food stalls and numerous activities: kayak excursions, water games, an inflatable area for children, and a large slide. Bar and restaurant services remained open until 8:30 PM, with the awards ceremony in the evening and live coverage by Radio Anaunia. Among the competing teams, the Pinè crew distinguished itself once again.
