Edition 2025 — Donkey Palio

In 2025, the Donkey Palio and Carmine Fair once again enlivened Songavazzo with the traditional donkey race and the devotional Carmine fair, confirming itself as one of the most beloved events of the summer in the Villages of Presolana.

The Donkey Palio and Carmine Fair renews each year one of the most characteristic traditions of Songavazzo, in Val Seriana. The donkey race, the true highlight of the day, ignites the crowd's cheering at the municipal sports center, while the Carmine Fair brings stalls, typical products, and festive moments related to the devotion to Our Lady of Mount Carmel to the village. An event that combines popular sport, religious tradition, and conviviality, telling the authentic spirit of a small mountain village.
