Dining Under the Stars 2025
The 17th edition of Dining Under the Stars took place on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in Castel di Tora, in the province of Rieti, together with the 24th Fried Pizza Evening. Starting from 7:00 PM, the alleys of the medieval village overlooking Lake Turano came alive with a gastronomic route dedicated to the flavors of the Sabina tradition: sweet and savory fried pizzas, Roman-style tripe, beans with pork rinds, grilled arrosticini, and sausages, accompanied by local wine and beer.
The evening was marked by live music and roaming performances through the town streets. At 10:00 PM, in Piazza San Giovanni, the Introspection Duo concert was held, featuring jazz, blues, and fusion sounds, which accompanied the festival late into the night under the starry sky of one of Italy's most beautiful villages.
