Diffusioni Teatrali

The second edition of Diffusioni Teatrali, organised by the Compagnia dell'Ozio, was developed mainly between the villages of Varzo and Vogogna, in the province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola. The 2025 edition intertwined two important anniversaries: the centenary of the birth of Romolo Valli and the eightieth anniversary of the Liberation. In Varzo, between the Teatro Alveare and the Church of San Giorgio, the programme offered new productions and reinterpretations of works related to the Resistance and the history of the Partisan Republic of the Ossola, in line with the spirit of an itinerant, civic, and accessible theatre capable of bringing the stage even to small mountain towns.
