Edition 2025 — DevFest Rome

The first edition of DevFest Rome took place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo, at Via Principe Amedeo 5/B, near Termini Station. From 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, over twenty speakers took turns across three parallel rooms, in front of more than three hundred registered attendees. Free entry with registration, main sponsor Google, dominant themes were artificial intelligence, cloud, and web development.

The debut on October 25, 2025

DevFest Rome 2025 marked the debut of Google Developer Groups Rome City in the international DevFest circuit. The day opened at 8:30 AM in the conference hall of the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo, in the Esquilino district, and closed at 6:00 PM.

The content was distributed across three parallel tracks — the Maria, Anna, and Ludovica rooms — with more than twenty sessions dedicated to artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud, backend, frontend, IoT, and DevOps. Registered attendees exceeded three hundred, a remarkable result for a first edition.

The event was made possible by Google as the main sponsor, with the support of Immobiliare Labs and Ready2Use. Participation was free, subject to registration on the community platform, and places sold out before the event.

Programme

Single day from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM across three parallel rooms (Maria, Anna, Ludovica), with over twenty speakers and sessions dedicated to artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud, backend, frontend, IoT, and DevOps, interspersed with networking breaks.
