Desmontegada de le Vache 2025

From October 3 to 5, 2025, Predazzo, in the Fiemme Valley, hosted the Desmontegada de le Vache & Taste Festival. In Piazza SS. Filippo e Giacomo, the Taste Festival brought together producers and artisans with the region's excellent cheeses, including Puzzone di Moena DOP and butter from the Predazzo and Moena Dairy Cooperative.

The program offered children's workshops where they became "little cheesemakers," the Taste Train with a barn visit and aperitif at the dairy bistro, as well as new features dedicated to honey: a local honey competition, beeswax candle-making workshops, and the "Honey and Cheese" masterclass with the Fiemme Fassa Cembra Beekeepers' Association. The Geological Museum of the Dolomites offered free admission and workshops for children. The highlight was the Sunday morning parade of decorated cows through the town center.
