Edition 2025 — De Gustibus

In 2025, the De Gustibus festival continued its cultural and gastronomic events at the Caporciano Mine in Montecatini Val di Cecina. Highlights included the theatrical tour 'A Walk in the Mine' on June 14, 2025: a guided route with a theatrical performance by the Centro Artistico Il Grattacielo APS, followed by an aperitif in the village featuring typical Val di Cecina products.

De Gustibus 2025

The 2025 edition of the festival brought the Caporciano Mine in Montecatini Val di Cecina to life with guided tours, music, and theater. Among the events, A Walk in the Mine was held on June 14, 2025 (at 6:30 PM): a theatrical tour featuring anecdotes, characters, and curiosities of mining history, with a performance by the Centro Artistico Il Grattacielo APS, followed by an aperitif (at 8:00 PM) at the restaurant La Terrazza sul Borgo. The festival, promoted by the Municipality and funded by the PNRR – NextGenerationEU, confirms the project's mission to unite industrial heritage, culture, and local flavors.
