De Filippo Amateur Theater Festival

Five evenings between September and October 2025

The third edition of the Amateur Theater Festival was presented at the end of August 2025 by the Municipality of Agropoli together with the program for the CineTeatro Eduardo De Filippo's theater season. The program featured five amateur companies from Campania, one per evening, from September 24 to October 29.

• September 24 - "Comicissima tragedia" by A. Petito, Il Sipario company;
• October 1 - "La zuppiera", 30 Allora company, directed by Gianluca Masone and Vincenzo Russo;
• October 8 - "Il padre della sposa", Ipercaso company, directed by Angelo Di Vece;
• October 15 - "INPS - Inganni napoletani per sopravvivere", Ma chi m'o ffa fà company, directed by Ciro Cirillo;
• October 29 - "Odissea - Chi pe sti mari va... sti pisci piglia", directed by Nico Caruccio.

The festival subscription cost 20 euros and could be combined with the prose season subscription, while the ticket for a single show was set at 7 euros. The format confirmed the positive public response of the first two editions and paved the way for the call for the following edition.

Five amateur companies from Campania on the bill. Strong presence of Neapolitan comedy, from Petito to contemporary dialect scripts. Ironic reinterpretation of the myth with "Odissea" closing the festival. Festival subscription for 20 euros, combinable with the prose season.
