Edition 2025 — Day of Remembrance

In 2025, the Municipality of Udine offered, around January 27th, a rich program of initiatives for the Day of Remembrance, including meetings, shows, exhibitions, commemorative concerts, and the placement of Stolpersteine, involving the city's schools in particular.

The 2025 Day of Remembrance

In 2025 too, Udine commemorated the Shoah with a detailed calendar of events promoted by the Municipality in the weeks surrounding January 27th. Meetings with historians and witnesses, theatrical performances, exhibitions, book presentations, and commemorative concerts enlivened the city's cultural venues.

As every year, a central moment was the placement of the Stolpersteine dedicated to the victims of deportation, along with initiatives designed for schools, so that the memory of the Shoah becomes awareness and civil commitment for new generations.
