Darsena Fish 2025 in Formia
The 2025 summer edition of Darsena Fish took place on July 4 and 5 at the Darsena dei Pescatori "La Quercia" in Formia, organized by the Pro Loco Città di Formia with the support of the Municipality, the Lazio Region, and Arsial. The evenings kicked off in the early evening, around 8 PM.
On Friday, July 4, the program featured a DJ set by Annibale Grasso, a live concert by the Marshmallow Party Band with a repertoire ranging from swing to pop and rock'n'roll, and live painting by six local artists who painted on the docks. Saturday, July 5, featured the group The Wolves, five musicians with a setlist of mixed genres, also accompanied by a DJ set.
On the culinary front, as per tradition, fresh gulf fish was cooked on-site in large pans and served with local fried seafood, alongside craft beer and local wines, with options designed for families. In the same year, the Pro Loco replicated the formula in a winter version on December 6 and 7, bringing a festive Christmas atmosphere to the same dock.
