The 2025 edition of Dal tramonto alla birra was held from June 27 to 29 in Piazza delle Regioni in Albinia (Orbetello, GR), confirming its role as the opening event of the Albinia summer season.

For three evenings, the square hosted stands from craft breweries in the Tuscan and Amiata region, a wide range of street food, vintage and craft markets, displays of classic cars, and a mechanical bull. Providing the soundtrack were live concerts and DJ sets featuring the rock'n'roll, swing, and rockabilly sounds of the 1950s and 60s. The event, with free admission, was organized by Pro Loco Albinia with the patronage of the Municipality of Orbetello.
