Edition 2025 — Custodi di Domani

In the summer of 2025, the Privernum Archaeological Park in Priverno hosted open-air cinema evenings as part of the summer cultural program of the Municipality and the City Museum System. Screenings were held after sunset within the archaeological area, preceded by the opportunity to visit the remains of the Roman city. This experience paved the way for the Custodi di Domani festival, structured in 2026 around the themes of memory and rights.

Summer 2025 at the Privernum Archaeological Park

The 2025 season confirmed the vocation of the Privernum Archaeological Park as a summer cultural space for the Municipality of Priverno, in southern Lazio. Alongside evening openings and guided tours among the remains of the ancient Roman city, the area hosted screenings and open-air events included in the Priverno Estate calendar, curated together with the City Museum System.

The formula, appreciated by the local public and visitors to the Lepini Mountains, combined archaeological discovery at sunset with an evening entertainment moment. From this experience, the structured festival Custodi di Domani – Cinema, Memory and Rights on the Move was born in 2026, giving the park's cinema a precise thematic identity and the constant presence of Italian cinema guests.
