Cusiano Early Music Festival

The 42nd edition of the Cusiano Early Music Festival took place from June 1 to June 29, 2025, in Orta San Giulio, in the Province of Novara. Promoted by the Associazione Amici della Musica "Vittorio Cocito", the festival confirmed its proven formula based on two paths: the Midday Interludes, short noon concerts with young talents, and the concerts dedicated to the early repertoire performed on period instruments.

The concerts were held in the iconic venues of the Cusio region: the Sala Eleonora Tallone and the Romanesque Basilica on San Giulio Island, reachable by boat, and the Palazzo Penotti Ubertini in the village of Orta. A program that spanned centuries of music, from the Middle Ages to the 19th century, in one of the most evocative landscapes in Piedmont.
