Edition 2025 — Cupramontana Carnival

In 2025, Carnival once again colored the historic center of Cupramontana, in the period preceding Lent. As is traditional in the villages of the Castelli di Jesi, the celebration saw children and families as protagonists with masks, costumes, and confetti, in an atmosphere of popular joy spread throughout the hinterland of the province of Ancona.

In 2025, the Cupramontana Carnival took place according to the usual formula of the Marche village carnivals, enlivening the historic center of the Municipality in the province of Ancona with masks, costumes, and confetti.

As in other towns in the Umbrian-Marche Apennines, the festival was mainly dedicated to children and families, with colorful costumes and moments of fun in the streets of the village, in the heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi area. A simple and heartfelt event, capable of renewing the local carnival tradition each year.
