In February 2025, Ravarino once again dedicated a week to Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with the Cuore di Balsamico event, confirming a well-established appointment that involves local businesses and highlights the town's connection to the historic black gold recipe.

In February 2025, the Cuore di Balsamico event enlivened Ravarino, in the province of Modena, with a week of initiatives dedicated to Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. As is tradition, the town's businesses offered themed specialties, from baked goods to cocktails, while the Municipality renewed its commitment to promoting the heritage of the original recipe preserved in Ravarino.

The event reaffirmed the town's vocation to showcase one of the most emblematic products of the Modenese territory through the direct involvement of shops, bars, and citizens.
