Cultural Walk through the Occitan Hamlets of San Michele di Prazzo

Throughout 2025, the San Michele di Prazzo valley continued to be a destination for cultural walks dedicated to discovering its Occitan hamlets. Among the villages of the Municipality of Prazzo, in the upper Valle Maira (Province of Cuneo), participants were able to admire ancient notary houses, traces of mills and forges, and the landscapes of a territory that carefully preserves its Occitan identity.

The initiatives, supported by local organizations and the Locanda La Tano di Grích, offered an opportunity to experience the mountains in a slow and mindful way, amidst nature, history, and tradition, anticipating the format of the cultural walk proposed again in 2026.
