Cross Festival – Contemplating the Invisible

The 2025 edition of the Cross Festival, titled "Tone of Light," brought together over 40 events on Lake Maggiore from June 13 to July 2, under the artistic direction of Antonella Cirigliano. The festival unfolded between Verbania, Bee, and Ghiffa, involving venues such as Villa Simonetta, the Teatro Il Maggiore, Casa Elide Ceretti, the Sacro Monte di Ghiffa, and the Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre in Bee.

The opening on June 13 at Albagnano was dedicated to Indian performing arts, with classical Odissi dance and sessions of yoga and Kalaripayattu. The contemporary section then proposed numerous national dance premieres, itinerant performances, multimedia installations, and in-depth meetings, confirming the Cross Festival as one of the reference cultural events in Piedmont and the Verbano-Cusio-Ossola area.
