Edition 2025 — Crocione di Ampinana
The second edition of the Crocione di Ampinana Festival took place on Sunday, May 25, 2025, starting at 5:30 PM, on the hill where the medieval fortress of Ampinana once stood, in Vicchio. Continuing the tradition revived the previous year, the celebration included a prayer and the blessing of the Crocione and the Mugello. The invitation was open to anyone who wished to share in that moment, and a small snack was offered at the end of the ceremony. A simple and heartfelt appointment, expressing the Mugello community's attachment to its history and territory.
