CROC Winter - Casali Refuge

The second edition of CROC Winter, organized by C.A.S.A. with the Casali Refuge and under the patronage of the Regional Group CAI Marche and CAI Fabriano, offered three evenings of mountain cinema in Casali di Ussita. On February 14, L'ombra del tempo (The Shadow of Time) was screened, about caving in the Marguareis caves, with guest speleologist and director Andrea Gobetti. On March 7 (with a repeat on March 14), it was the turn of Monte Corno, dedicated to the first ascent of Gran Sasso d'Italia, with director Luca Cococcetta. On March 28, Pasturismo (Pastoralism), about tourism in high-altitude areas, with the Boschilla collective, closed the festival. Each evening included dinner with traditional dishes and Mukkeller craft beers by the fireplace.
