Edition 2025 — Crispiano Comix
A year-long break for the festival
The tenth edition of Crispiano Comix was scheduled for 2025, but the organization — the Circolo Arci-Uisp 'Mariella Leo' — had to cancel it. The reasons communicated concern the lack of an indoor structure that would allow the festival to be hosted off-season and difficulties related to funding: regional funds were announced too late, and the Municipality of Crispiano, bound by a rebalancing plan, could not guarantee the necessary co-financing.
The Yu-Gi-Oh tournament on September 21
The only event linked to the Crispiano Comix brand in 2025 was a Yu-Gi-Oh! Regional Qualifier, an official tournament valid for qualification to the continental championships. It took place on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at the 'C. Natale' Municipal Library in Crispiano, organized by Nakama Comics & Manga with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of the Circolo Arci-Uisp 'Mariella Leo' and Crispiano Comix. Duelists from all over Puglia competed in a competitive format.
