Edition 2025 — Crispelle Festival

The 2025 edition of the Crispelle (and Eel) Festival took place in Viagrande on January 11 and 12. Saturday the 11th saw the inauguration at 6:00 PM; Sunday the 12th featured the lighting of the artistic display with the 'Cattedrale' project by La Lucerna at 7:45 PM and, at 8:30 PM, the musical show by 'Papaveri e Papere' hosted by Ruggero Sardo. The event showcased the best crispellerie of Sicily, craft breweries, and the competition for the largest crispella.

The 2025 edition of the Crispelle (and Eel) Festival was held in Viagrande, in the province of Catania, on January 11 and 12. The event was inaugurated on Saturday the 11th at 6:00 PM.

The highlight was Sunday the 12th: at 7:45 PM, the stunning artistic lighting was switched on with the Cattedrale project by La Lucerna, while at 8:30 PM, the stage hosted the musical show by Papaveri e Papere, hosted by Ruggero Sardo. Along the stalls, visitors could taste the best crispelle in Sicily, accompanied by offerings from craft breweries, along with the unmissable competition for the largest crispella.
