Sixth Edition of the Festival

In 2025, the Criminal Justice Festival celebrated its sixth edition, from May 16 to 19, with the usual widespread format across Modena, Carpi, Sassuolo, and other municipalities in the Province. The program brought together magistrates, lawyers, academics, and journalists around the major themes of criminal defense, justice reform, and restorative justice.

For the Carpi edition as well, the spaces of the historic center — starting with Palazzo dei Pio — hosted the meetings, all free entry. The review confirmed its ability to bring complex legal issues to a broad audience, in constant dialogue between institutions, academia, and citizens.
