The 2025 Edition
The 2025 edition of the San Prospero Feast in Cressa (NO) confirmed its dual spirit. The Cressa Music Fest was held on Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19, from 8:00 PM at the Via Martiri sports area, with two evenings of live music, street food, and craft beers from the 1801 and Barbanera breweries; for the occasion, Via Martiri was closed to traffic.
From July 24 to 28, in the Oratory Courtyard, Cressa in Festa took place with five regional gastronomic evenings starting at 8:00 PM: Thursday Aosta Valley (risotto alla valdostana, valpellinese soup, carbonada), Friday Veneto (bigoli in salsa, Vicenza-style salt cod), Saturday Abruzzo (scrippelle 'mbusse, pasta alla mugnaia), Sunday Lazio (amatriciana, Ariccia porchetta), and the grand finale on Monday with the San Prospero menu and a barbecue under the stars.
