Edition 2025 — Covo Ravioli Festival

The 38th Covo Nostrano Ravioli Festival took place from October 10th to 13th, 2025, featuring the tasting of De.Co. ravioli at the Oratorio San Tarcisio, a medieval reenactment dedicated to the 550th anniversary of Bartolomeo Colleoni's death, guided tours of the murals, a luna park, and final fireworks.

The 2025 edition, the 38th, animated Covo for four days. The food stalls at the Oratorio San Tarcisio served the 'raviolo nostrano' De.Co. (Friday 10th from 7:30 PM, Saturday 11th from 7:00 PM, Sunday 12th lunch from 12:00 PM). The reenactment "Medioevo Covese — Il Sacro Dono del Colleoni" (Medieval Covo — The Sacred Gift of Colleoni), linked to the 550th anniversary of Bartolomeo Colleoni's death, presented a traveling show on Saturday evening, the medieval village, and the historical parade on Sunday. Among the activities were guided tours of the murals and the small church of Santa Lucia, and the luna park. The festival concluded on Monday 13th with a fireworks display at 9:15 PM.
