Edition 2025 — Costarella Festival

In the summer of 2025, the Costarella Festival returned on schedule to the San Vincenzo area of Bassano Romano, as part of the Bassano Summer calendar. Organized by the Amici del Cavallo Association, the festival featured grilled costarella and typical lower Tuscia dishes, accompanied by live music, dancing, and moments dedicated to families, confirming its role as a highly anticipated event in the Bassano August.

The 2025 edition of the Costarella Festival took place in early August in the San Vincenzo area of Bassano Romano, in the province of Viterbo, Lazio. As per tradition, the Amici del Cavallo Association enlivened the evenings with stalls serving grilled costarella, grilled meats, and local dishes, accompanied by live music and dance evenings.

The event, included in the Bassano Summer program, confirmed its popular and convivial vocation in 2025, featuring great food, games for children, and a connection to the town's equestrian tradition.
