Cortona Sacred Music Festival

The 2025 edition of the Cortona Sacred Music Festival, the 22nd, was titled "Pilgrims of Hope," in harmony with the jubilee year. From June 28 to July 6, concerts were held in numerous sacred sites in Cortona, including the Church of San Domenico, the Sanctuary of Santa Margherita, the Monastery of Santa Chiara, the Church of San Filippo, the Church of Santa Maria Nuova, and the Eremo delle Celle. Among the most attended events were the opening concert by Giovanni Caccamo (June 28) and the sacred oratorio "The Holy Journey" by Marcello Bronzetti (July 4). The event, with free admission and directed by Monsignor Marco Frisina, confirmed its role as a key summer appointment for Cortona and the province of Arezzo.
