Corto Fiction Chianciano Terme

The twenty-fifth anniversary edition of Corto Fiction took place on August 22 and 23, 2025, at the Sala Fellini in Parco dell'Acquasanta in Chianciano Terme. There were 184 entries, from which the jury selected 40 finalist short films.

Among the main awards: 'Mercato libero' by Giuseppe Cacace won the Social Award; 'Indifference' by Accursio Graffeo, created with artificial intelligence, won the New Narrative Frontier award; 'Quello che non ti ho detto' by brothers Flavio and Massimo Bulgarelli, starring Giorgio Colangeli, won Best Original Screenplay and the audience vote for the evening of August 22; 'L'ultimo ingrediente' by Lorenzo Cioglia won Best Comedy, and 'Medley' by Alessandro D'Ambrosi and Santa De Santis won the Critics' Award and Best Cinematography in memory of Renato Focili.
