Corto e Fieno – Rural Film Festival

The 16th edition of Corto e Fieno was held from October 10 to 12, 2025, in Ameno and the towns of Lake Orta, with the Tornielli Museum as the main venue. The edition saw the debut of artistic director Cristian Cerutti and celebrated the twenty years of the Asilo Bianco Association.

Among the awards presented, the Golden Rake (Rastrello d'oro) for the Frutteto section went to That's How I Love You by Mário Macedo, while the Golden Watering Can (Innaffiatoio d'oro) for the Germogli section was won by About a Cow by Pavla Baštanová. The Audience Award (Vanga d'Oro) and other recognitions, including the Asilo Bianco Award, completed the list of winners. The edition also launched a collaboration with the European project Safe Habitus, dedicated to the well-being of agricultural workers. All screenings were free of charge.
