Corsano and Capo di Leuca Carnival

The 41st edition of the Corsano and Capo di Leuca Carnival took place between February 23 and March 4, 2025, confirming the event as one of the major carnival appointments in Puglia. The parades started at 3 PM along the avenues of the industrial area south of the town, with the procession completing two circular loops along via dell'Artigianato before stopping in front of the roundabout square.

It was remembered as a record-breaking edition for the size of the floats: some allegorical machines reached 13 meters in height. Among the four competing floats, «Io non sono di questo pianeta» by the «Picca ma boni» group from Patù stood out, featuring figures of billionaire Elon Musk and the robot Wall·E. The event concluded on March 4 with a concert by Zingarua and the awards ceremony for the groups and floats.
