Corsa delle Scappavie Angolane 2025 - First Edition

The first edition of the Corsa delle Scappavie Angolane was held on September 5 and 6, 2025 in Città Sant'Angelo (Pescara) and was met with great participation. On Friday, September 5, the event opened in Piazza delle Poste with the storytelling evening La scappavia nei nostri ricordi: racconta la tua storia, hosted by Ferdinando Giammarini.

On Saturday, September 6, the program kicked into high gear: team reception and registration in the afternoon, re-enactments and practice runs, followed by the start of the official race along Corso Vittorio Emanuele. In the evening, the awards ceremony for the Paolo Antonilli Memorial Trophy took place, followed by the festive Pizza Party and a performance by the band Vintage School. The free event was organized by the Associazione Meccaniche Divine with the patronage of the Municipality.
