The approximately 10-kilometer road race, starting and finishing at the Tommaso D'Angelo Municipal Stadium, marked the sporting inauguration of the facility's new four-lane athletics track. Angelo Didonna won the men's race, and Mariangela Ceglia won the women's race.

The tenth edition of Correndo tra le Mura

The 10th edition of Correndo tra le Mura took place on Sunday, November 9, 2025, in Altamura, as a stage of the regional FIDAL Corripuglia circuit. The race represented a double event for the city: on one hand, the traditional 10 km road race through the city streets and past the Megalithic Walls; on the other, the sporting inauguration of the new four-lane athletics track at the Tommaso D'Angelo Municipal Stadium, where the finish line was located.

The event, organized by A.S.D. Happy Runners Altamura, confirmed its strong community participation, with hundreds of athletes at the start, both competitive and non-competitive. Angelo Didonna won the men's race, and Mariangela Ceglia won the women's race. At the end of the race, as per tradition, PDO Altamura Bread was distributed to the participants.
