Edition 2025 — Coregone Festival

The 41st edition of the Coregone Festival took place in Capodimonte from August 7 to 10, 2025, on the Lake Bolsena waterfront. Four evenings with stalls open every night, dedicated to grilled coregone, penne with fish sauce, and marinated coregone, accompanied by music and entertainment by the lake.

Coregone Festival 2025

The forty-first edition of the Coregone Festival was held in Capodimonte from August 7 to 10, 2025, along the picturesque waterfront of Lake Bolsena, in the province of Viterbo. For four evenings, the food stalls offered grilled lake coregone, penne with coregone sauce, and marinated coregone.

As per tradition, the event combined great lake cuisine, music, and open-air evenings, with proceeds dedicated to charitable causes for the benefit of the local community.
