Edition 2025 — Coppa Maria SS della Stella

The 71st edition of the Coppa Maria Santissima della Stella took place on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Adelfia. This edition introduced a mixed format that allowed juniors and under-23s to compete together on the usual 26-kilometre circuit repeated four times, covering over 100 kilometres at an average speed of over 47 km/h. 126 athletes from numerous Italian regions and several foreign countries were at the start.

The 71st edition was held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Adelfia, organised by the Polisportiva Velo Club Adelfia (president Vincenzo Fiore) in collaboration with the Pro.Gi.T. Cycling Team. The race introduced a mixed format, considered an innovative choice, which saw juniors and under-23s racing together.

On the undulating 26-kilometre circuit repeated four times, Fabrizio Laino (Velo Club Avezzano Bike Lineaoro) won the under-23 category in 2h11'26", while the Belarusian rider Ilya Slesarenko (Veleka Team) won the junior category. The best team was Velo Club Avezzano Bike Lineaoro. 126 athletes from regions such as Marche, Abruzzo, Sicily, Lazio, Tuscany, Piedmont, Lombardy, and Puglia were at the start, along with international riders.
