Edition 2025 — Conversazioni dal Mare
In 2025, the "Conversazioni dal Mare" festival reached Mattinata on July 11 and 12, continuing its journey on the Gargano after starting in Giovinazzo. The two evenings at the Belvedere di Monte Saraceno took place on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the municipal autonomy, confirming the free admission and the popular vocation of the event organized by the Artemia Association.
The first evening featured journalist Lirio Abbate with "I diari del boss," poet and landscape expert Franco Arminio with "Caraluce," and journalist Serena Bortone. The second day featured Gaia Tortora with "Testa alta, e avanti," a dialogue between virologist Matteo Bassetti and Raffaele Piemontese on the role of the doctor in contemporary society, and Antonio Caprarica with "Kate e la maledizione del Galles." Current events, legality, literature, and journalism were intertwined in a program of national caliber, under the stars of the Gargano.
