Edition 2025 — Boves Conscripts Festival

In 2025, the Boves Conscripts Festival was celebrated on Monday, April 21, Easter Monday, bringing together conscripts from classes ending in 5 and 0. The forty-year-olds of the class of 1985 led the event. The edition was also marked by the paper cranes of the Sadako Project, dedicated to memory and peace, which colored the town alongside the usual parade, mass, and convivial lunch.

2025 Conscripts Festival

The 2025 edition of the Boves Conscripts Festival took place on Monday, April 21, on the traditional Easter Monday. The protagonists were the conscripts of the classes ending in 5 and 0, with the class of 1985 (the forty-year-olds) acting as the lead and organizing cohort.

As per tradition, the day featured the gathering in Piazza Caduti, the parade through the center accompanied by the Silvio Pellico "La Rumorosa" Marching Band, the solemn mass, and the group photo, concluding with the convivial lunch in local restaurants.

The edition stood out for the Sadako Project, inspired by the story of the girl from Hiroshima: paper cranes colored Boves as a symbol of peace and memory, an initiative supported by the municipal administration.
