Collepasso Living Nativity

The 2024-2025 Edition

During the 2024-2025 Christmas season, the Masseria Quagliasiero in contrada San Sumà once again hosted the Collepasso Living Nativity, confirming an event now deeply rooted in the Salento calendar. Along a walking path through the courtyards of the ancient 1692 farmhouse, costumed actors brought the Nativity and numerous tableaux of daily life from the past to life, amidst ancient craft workshops and scenes of rural work. There was no shortage of tastings of typical Salento dishes prepared on-site and, on Epiphany Day, the traditional procession of the Three Wise Men. The event, which offered free admission and was organized by local associations, attracted numerous visitors from the municipality of Collepasso and the entire province of Lecce.
