Edition 2025 — Folk Culture Festival

The fifth edition of the Folk Culture Festival took place in Collelongo from July 24 to 27, 2025, with a theme dedicated to memory and resistance. Four days of workshops, round tables, concerts, and free evening performances, including the evening "Think of Others. Poems from Palestine" with Moni Ovadia and oral history sessions with Alessandro Portelli, closing with a concert by Traindeville at the Lavandeto.

The fifth edition of the Folk Culture Festival was held in Collelongo (Province of L'Aquila, Abruzzo) from July 24 to 27, 2025, organized by the Gianni Bosio Circle with the Municipality, the Pro Loco, and local associations.

The program alternated between daytime workshops—oral history with Alessandro Portelli, ensemble music with Mario Salvi, anti-war songs with Susanna Buffa, world dances with Claudio Tosi, children's songs with Sara Modigliani, and cooking workshops by the Marsica Agricultural Resistance—and round tables on themes such as "Staying in the Village," the "Agricultural Resistance" of the Fucino, and the memory of the Resistance.

The evenings featured the show "Mystery Train," the evening dedicated to Palestine with Moni Ovadia, the story of the Abruzzo Resistance with Marcello Sacerdote, and the final concert by Traindeville at the Lavandeto. All events were free of charge.
